Andreas Böttger is the member of the Management Board responsible for manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, quality and R&D for Armstrong
DLW AG, Desseaux and the plants of Armstrong World Industries in Holmsund and Teesside. After 12 years in various mangement
positions with Procter & Gamble, he joined Armstrong DLW AG on August 15, 2001. Mr. Böttger holds a MS in Electrical Engineering
from Aachen University of Technology.

Ralph Spangenberg began his career with Armstrong DLW AG as Vice President Human Resources in 1999 with the objective of supporting the integration
of DLW AG into the Armstrong World Industries organization. In 2000, he was appointed to the Board with responsibility for
Human Resources, and industrial relations director. Finally in 2003, he was given global responsibility for all Armstrong
Human Resources activities outside the United States for the two business units Flooring and Ceilings.
Prior to this, he held a number of personnel management positions with American Express Int. Inc., Bank of America, AT & SA,
Grand Metropolitan PLC and AEG/Schneider Electric SA.

Ton Raaphorst, member of the Management Board at Armstrong DLW AG. He assumed the management of Sales and Marketing of both elastic as
well as textile floor covering in Europe on March 2004 as “Vice President Sales & Marketing“ before. The area of responsibility
of Ton Raaphorst covers all activities in both “Commercial“ and “Residential“ segments in all resilient and carpet flooring.
Ton Raaphorst gained professional experience at Heineken Breweries and in flooring for outdoor/indoor sports at Desso DLW.
In 1997 he transferred to American carpet manufacturer Interface, where he was responsible for sales and marketing for Europe.
